Definition :- Procurement is the acquisition of goods or services.

As definition says Procurement is scientific approach to procure the goods and services. Microsoft dynamics Ax 2012 is come up with new feature in Accounts payable module to support the approach effectively.

In Microsoft Dynamics® AX 2012 Accounts payable is split into two modules;

                                   • Accounts payable

                                   • Procurement and sourcing.

Vendor search form :- 

 This is very exciting feature in Ax-2012, by which we can search the desired Vendors by using the filtering criteria. This searching form shows the results from all the Legal entities.
